We offer "One-on-One" individualized and specific
Pulmonary Rehabilitation.
We feel "one-on-one" therapy is most beneficial:
* Because all of our participant’s needs are different
* If you don’t want to perform your therapy
surrounded by strangers.
* If you need a monitored exercise plan.
* If you need your Oxygen Consumption adjusted to
your individual condition and needs.
* If you have an increased risk of infection exposure
by being in a group setting.
We will work with you twice per week
throughout the length of your pulmonary
rehab program.
For our home bound clients:
“At home“ plan of care is available. Every visit
includes monitoring oxygen level, blood pressure,
respiratory and heart rates, as well as assessing your
lungs. This way your progress is constantly being
closely monitored and recorded so that it can be
shared with your physician.
Follow up sessions will afford participants the
opportunity to correct exercise form, and have
questions answered before problems become
overwhelming.
